Harvested only once a year during April and May, when the sugar cane is at its peak, this agricole Rum is the result of the dedicated work of 150 local farmers, preserving a centuries-old tradition.
William Hinton White Rum is a smooth and clear spirit with distinctive herbaceous notes. Crafted from the finest batches with a moderate acidity level not exceeding 75 degrees, it undergoes a controlled 24-hour fermentation process using specific yeasts.

Very particular rum whose genesis resulted from the selection of the best sugar cane that Madeira Island has to offer and its juice was subjected to a special process of prolonged fermentation.
After all the necessary characteristics were gathered, the cane juice was distilled and later aged in our French oak barrels

Light in body, this rum is slightly sweet and with notes of fermented sugar cane and green banana. Finishes dry, fresh, saline. Correct.
