Rum William Hinton – 9 months is a very unique rum whose genesis resulted from the selection of the best sugarcane that the Island of Madeira has to offer, and its juice underwent a special process of extended fermentation. Once all the necessary characteristics were gathered, the sugarcane juice was distilled and subsequently aged in our French oak barrels for a period of 9 months, granting it the distinctive straw color.
Commercially, it’s a highly versatile rum, especially suited for mixology, aiming to fill a niche often identified by industry professionals, seeking to respond to emerging market trends.

Appearance
Clear rum, with a straw like color and golden nuances. Bright appearance.
Aroma
This rum boasts a sweet and intensely aromatic profile, revealing notes of ripe fruit, especially banana and melon, followed by hints of bitter almond and green walnuts. It is rich with balsamic undertones, reminiscent of resin and varnish, complemented by sweeter notes of vanilla and caramel.
Flavor
Moderately full-bodied, it showcases balance and a smooth texture on the palate. Sharp and sweet, the tasting experience reveals its distinctly fruity and balsamic character. It finishes dry and long.
