Service Policy

The William Hinton website and store ship orders to mainland Portugal, Autonomous Regions (Madeira and Azores), and worldwide. The carrier with whom we have a protocol is CTT Expresso, which delivers Monday to Friday until 7:00 pm on any business day, to the address indicated during checkout.

All orders paid after 12:00 pm are processed on the next business day.

Refund Policy and Right of Free Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract, without the need for a reason, within 14 consecutive days.
